Made in the sunny Bay of Plenty. We source the best NZ ingredients where possible and look overseas for anything we can’t get our hands on locally.

GRAPEFRUIT & ELDERFLOWER
Natural Grapefruit & Elderflower extracts are blended with our gin, the natural botanicals such as Coriander Seed, Orris root, Angelica and Citrus Peels compliment the bright zesty and peely fruit flavours. The inspiration for this flavour is the natural beauty of the grapefruit trees in Gisborne, East Cape of New Zealand.
Best served with a slice of orange with Soda or Indian Tonic Water.
The TRADITIONAL GIN
Kawakawa & Horopito extracts are blended with this gin to compliment botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander Seed, Orris Root, Angelica and Citrus Peels.
The inspiration for this flavour is the natural beauty of the coastal waves off Whangamata Beach on the East Coast of the North Island of New Zealand.

BLACK
DORIS PLUM
Natural juicy Black Doris Plum natural flavour is blended with gin, complimenting the ripe stone fruit and light lavender floral notes with the earthy flavours of the botanicals Coriander Seed, Orris Root, Angelica and Citrus Peels.
Black Doris Plumb Gin was inspired by the Orchards in Central Otago, South Island, New Zealand. The fruit has a purple black skin & dark red sweet juicy flesh.
Best served with Soda or Indian Tonic Water with a slice of Lime.
